How Restaurant Exit Advisor Works
A confidential, numbers-first second opinion from a 40-year restaurant veteran. Rod reviews your numbers, lease, and options, then helps you decide whether to keep going, renegotiate, sell, wind down, or close. $195.
Five Steps
- Book and pay securely. Pick a time on the scheduler. Pay the $195 session fee. You will receive a calendar invite and a video link.
- Fill out the prep form. A short form -- 10 to 15 minutes. Your numbers, your lease situation, your main question. Rod reads it before the call so you are not spending the session explaining background.
- Have the session. 50 minutes, one on one, video call. Rod walks through what he sees in your situation. You ask what you need to ask. No agenda except your situation.
- Leave with clarity. You will leave with a clear read on your options and a realistic sense of which path makes the most sense for your specific situation.
- No required next step. The session is complete on its own. If Rod thinks the Full Exit Analysis would genuinely help, he will say so once. You decide.
What Rod Looks At
- The Math: Burn rate, break-even, and how many weeks of cash you actually have.
- The Four Walls: Visibility, signage, menu complexity, and whether your labor matches your volume.
- The Lease: What your lease says, what your landlord wants, and what leverage you have.
- The Exit Options: Keep going, renegotiate, sell, wind down, or close -- and what each one actually costs.
