What Happens After You Book

A day-by-day breakdown of what happens after you book the Initial Diagnostic Call or Full Exit Analysis with Rod Downey.

Day 1: Booking and Prep Form

After you book and pay, you receive a short prep form. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete. It asks for your monthly revenue, rent, labor cost, food cost, and your main question. Rough numbers are fine. Rod reads it before the call.

Day 2-5: The Session

Most owners book within 2 to 5 business days. The session is 50 minutes, one on one, video call. Rod walks through what he sees in your numbers and your situation. You ask what you need to ask. There is no agenda except your situation.

After the Session

You leave with a clear read on your options. If Rod thinks the Full Exit Analysis would genuinely help, he will say so once. Your $195 is credited if you upgrade. There is no follow-up sales call and no required next step.
